Healthcare Soldiers as an idea was inspired partly by keen observations of the impact of the global pandemic in 2020.
The Impact of the pandemic cut across various industries in different ways which range from the negative effect on the transportation industry and somewhat positive effect on other industries like Tech & IT.
One group of professionals that were uniquely affected were Healthcare Professionals.
Amongst other essential workers that were required to take risks for the benefit of others to ensure the movement of goods and services were not at a complete stand still. Healthcare Workers were synonymous with being at the front lines; Doctors, Nurses, Lab Scientists. Pharmacists offering direct patient care and others like Sales Reps, Suppliers, Distributors and Manufacturers ensuring that the tools and medications required were readily available to deliver care to patients and the general public that needed them.
Being at the front lines is synonymous with soldiers at war hence the decision to name the channel "Healthcare Soldiers"
